Gakuran Face Tiers: Every Rarity and Its Odds
Gakuran faces roll into named rarity tiers, each with its own published chance. For males: Regular 62%, Rare 25%, Epic 10%, Neko 2%, Mogger 1%, Secret Face 0.1%, and a still-unrevealed "???" tier at 0.1%. For females it's Regular 57%, Gyaru 5% (a female-exclusive tier), Rare 25%, Epic 10%, Neko 2%, Mogger 1%, the new Legendary tier at 1%, Secret Face 0.1%, and the "???" tier at 0.1%. Those figures are the board's own, and they add up to slightly over 100% — the developers' rounding, which this page reports rather than quietly normalizing.
That reshuffles what "rare" means in Gakuran. The Mogger face is no longer the single rarest roll — it now shares the 1% band with the female-only Legendary face, and both sit above only the 0.1% Secret Faces and the mysterious 0.1% "???" tier the board lists without any preview. The developers publish the per-tier chance but not how variants split inside each tier, so treat any per-variant odds you see elsewhere as guesswork.
The Legendary Waguri Face (Female Only, 1%)
The board added an entirely new tier in early August: "Legendary", at a 1% roll chance, containing a single face — Waguri. The card's full text is one sentence: this Legendary face is exclusive to females and has a 1% chance to be rolled. It's the first tier the developers have added since the Neko faces, and it sits between Mogger and the 0.1% Secret band.
Because it's a one-face tier, the 1% is the whole story — unlike Mogger, where the 1% then splits across nine or ten variants you can't influence, landing Legendary means landing Waguri. Male characters cannot roll it at all, the same way they can't roll Gyaru.
The Mogger Face: Gakuran's Most-Hunted Roll
The Mogger face rolls at a flat 1% and is tied with the female-only Legendary tier as the second-rarest band — only the 0.1% Secret Faces and the 0.1% "???" tier are rarer. It's still the single most hunted cosmetic in Gakuran: it's instantly recognizable in any server, and unlike the Secret Faces and Legendary it isn't gender-locked, so every character can chase it.
The Mogger face isn't one face, either — the board lists nine male variants and ten female. Males can roll Red Eyed, Light Blue Eyed, Dark Blue Eyed, Green Eyed, Light Green Eyed, Heterochromia, Black Eyed, Brown Eyed, and Amber Eyed Mogger. Females can roll Red Eyed, Light Blue Eyed, Dark Blue Eyed, Green Eyed, Light Green Eyed, Black Eyed, Brown Eyed, Heterochromia, the Original Mogger, and — added in August — the Original Gyaru. The developers don't publish how the variants split inside the 1%. There's no pity system: every roll is an independent 1%, and the only way to chase it is to keep rerolling — about 2 Robux each, or free with reroll tokens from codes.
Every Gakuran Secret Face (0.1%)
Secret Faces are the joint-rarest tier at 0.1%, and they're gender-split: each face is exclusive to one gender, but available to any ethnicity. The August board edits reshuffled both rosters. Males now have four: Control, Demon Prince, Idol, and the newly added Gojo. Females have eight: Idol, Time, Mocha, Water, Heart, Rainbow, and the newly added Reze and Yoru. The male Tomoe face left this tier entirely — it's now a Neko face — and the unnamed "???" entry the male card used to carry is gone.
One Secret Face sits outside both lists: the board keeps a separate card for a European Secret Face, the only face in the game with an ethnicity requirement — male European characters only, also at 0.1%. The developers publish no rule for how it interacts with the main Secret pool, so this guide records it as its own thing rather than folding it into the male list or inventing a combined chance.
Neko, Gyaru, and the Common Tiers
Below Mogger sit the higher-chance tiers. Neko (cat) faces roll at 2%, and the male card now names all five variants: Green Eyed, Blue Eyed, Scarred, Catboy, and Tomoe — the last of which was promoted down from the Secret tier in August. The female Neko set also has five, previewed as images with only the original Green Eyed and Brown Eyed named. Gyaru is a female-only tier at 5%, now previewing a single variant; male characters can't roll it at all.
The bulk of rolls land in the common tiers: Epic at 10%, Rare at 25%, and the Regular pool that fills the rest — 62% for males, 57% for females. The cards present these tiers as image previews rather than named lists, so the guide records what the board shows: roughly 17 Regular male faces and 19 Regular female faces, three male and two female Rare previews, and one Epic preview per gender. The 2026-08-13 edit pass settled two of those counts — the developers put a Roblox asset id above every real variant, which showed that the trailing composite banner on the female Epic and Rare cards was never a separate face. Because faces are part of the same roll as everything else, chasing a specific face means rerolling your whole character — there's no way to re-draw the face alone.
How Gakuran Hair Colors Work
Hair color is a two-stage roll. 95% of the time your color comes from a natural pool tied to the ethnicity you rolled — Japanese characters pull mostly black hair, while European characters draw across a wider brown, blonde, and auburn range. The remaining 5% triggers a "hair dye" event that gives you a deliberately artificial color from outside your natural pool: Dark Blue, Dark Red, Teal, Purple, Dark Green, Pastel Pink, Glacier Blue, or White. Glacier Blue is the newest, added by the v8.009 update on 2026-08-15; before that, the developers renamed three others on 2026-08-13 — what the card used to call Blue, Red and Green are now Dark Blue, Dark Red and Dark Green.
Three colors sit at the bottom of the dye pool: the official card puts Pastel Pink at 0.0015% (retuned and renamed from the old 0.005% "Pink" in v7.465), the new Glacier Blue at the same 0.0015%, and White at 0.0005% — white hair is one of the longest odds anywhere in the character roll, far rarer than the 1% Mogger face, with pastel pink and glacier blue now close behind it. Like faces, hair color re-draws with every reroll, so a dye color you like is worth thinking twice about before rolling again.
Gakuran Accessories: Rolled, Not Chosen
Accessories in Gakuran aren't a shop or a customization menu — they're rolled with the rest of your character. Your gender decides which pool applies: the male pool has 30 items and the female pool has 38, spread across five slots (head, face, neck, arm, and waist). The developers publish no per-item odds, so no site can honestly tell you the chance of a specific scarf or pair of glasses. v7.465 added the ability to freely adjust an accessory's position, rotation, and size after it's rolled, and v2.679 extended the same adjustment controls to hair.
The full list below comes straight from the official board, with each item's Roblox catalog ID so you can look it up. One quirk worth knowing: the official female head card lists the same ID for Headphones #3 and #4 — we keep it verbatim rather than guessing a correction. If you want different accessories, the answer is the same as everywhere else in Gakuran: reroll (~2 Robux each, or free with codes).
Gakuran Faces FAQ
What is the rarest face in Gakuran?
The rarest faces are the Secret Faces and the unrevealed "???" tier, both at a 0.1% roll chance. Secret Faces are gender-split — each is exclusive to one gender but available to any ethnicity — with 4 male variants (Control, Demon Prince, Idol, Gojo) and 8 female (Idol, Time, Mocha, Water, Heart, Rainbow, Reze, Yoru). The Mogger face and the female-only Legendary face, both at 1%, are the next rarest.
What is the Waguri face in Gakuran?
Waguri is the only face in the Legendary tier, a female-exclusive tier added to the official board in early August 2026 with a 1% roll chance. Because the tier holds a single face, rolling Legendary always means rolling Waguri. Male characters cannot roll it.
How do you get the Mogger face in Gakuran?
Every character roll has a flat 1% chance of landing the Mogger tier. There's no pity system or guaranteed unlock — you reroll (about 2 Robux each) until it hits, and redeeming codes gives free reroll tokens to chase it with. There are nine Mogger variants for males and ten for females.
What are the Gakuran face tiers and their odds?
Males roll Regular 62%, Rare 25%, Epic 10%, Neko 2%, Mogger 1%, Secret Face 0.1%, and ??? 0.1%. Females roll Regular 57%, Gyaru 5% (female-only), Rare 25%, Epic 10%, Neko 2%, Mogger 1%, Legendary 1% (female-only), Secret Face 0.1%, and ??? 0.1%. These are the board's published per-tier chances, which sum to a little over 100% because of the developers' own rounding.
What are all the Secret Faces in Gakuran?
Twelve, split by gender. Male: Control, Demon Prince, Idol, and Gojo. Female: Idol, Time, Mocha, Water, Heart, Rainbow, Reze, and Yoru. All roll at 0.1% and work with any ethnicity. Separately, the board lists a European Secret Face at 0.1% that is exclusive to male European characters — the only face in the game with an ethnicity requirement.
What is the Neko (cat) face in Gakuran?
The Neko face is a cat-styled tier rolling at 2%. Males have five named variants — Green Eyed, Blue Eyed, Scarred, Catboy, and Tomoe (moved here from the Secret tier in August). The female Neko set also has five, with the original Green Eyed and Brown Eyed named. The v7.465 update also added cat ears as an accessory.
How do hair colors work in Gakuran?
95% of rolls draw a natural color tied to your ethnicity (Japanese pulls mostly black; European draws a wider brown/blonde/auburn range). The other 5% trigger a hair dye event with an artificial color — Dark Blue, Dark Red, Teal, Purple, Dark Green, Pastel Pink, Glacier Blue, or White — and the card publishes exact odds for the three rarest: Pastel Pink and the new Glacier Blue at 0.0015% each, and White at just 0.0005%.
Can you choose your faces and accessories in Gakuran?
No. Faces, hair color, and accessories are all rolled randomly with your character and re-drawn on every reroll (about 2 Robux each). Your gender decides the accessory pool: 30 male items or 38 female items across head, face, neck, arm, and waist. Note that swapping gender later costs you your face, hairstyle, and gender-based accessories. Redeem codes for free rerolls before spending Robux.
