How to Reach Us
All contact goes through our public issue tracker: github.com/gakurangame/gakuran-codes/issues. Open an issue for data corrections, broken pages, feature suggestions, questions about reusing our datasets, or privacy matters. A free GitHub account is all you need, and the public thread means other players benefit from the answer too.
Reporting a Data Error
The most useful reports say three things: which page, what you saw, and what you observed in the game instead — for example, "the codes page lists UMA as active, but in-game it says expired." Every report is re-verified against the official Trello board, Discord announcements, or an in-game check before we change anything, so a screenshot speeds things up but isn't required.
Not Official Game Support
We can fix our data, but we can't fix the game — we're an unofficial fan site with no line to the developers. For account problems, bans, bug reports, or anything that needs the actual Gakuran team, use the official Discord server; the verified invite is on our official links page.
